Roll Over Ad Pop Up On Desktop Computer

Starting today I am getting a roll over AD pop on my desk top when on the CCF site. I am not getting the pop up on any other sites. I removed all extensions, disabled pop up on my computer, but still getting the roll over pop up. Could the pop up be on the CCF site?
The only I can get rid of the pop up is not use full screen, but if I go back to full screen the pop up will return. Below is a screen shot of the pop up:

I'm not seeing it right now, but have seen one at that location before, in recent weeks. I'm not rabidly anti-ads, but ads that obscure content are irritating. The only way I could read some content was scrolling up/down to peek around it.
