2026 US Coins In Circulation

Received my first SemiQ nickel in change at Meijers yesterday in Columbus Ohio.

Am I imagining things or are this years' coins super late in showing up?
I'm not surprised that I haven't found any, since I handle so little coinage nowadays. But it seems like I recall in years past that March and April were pretty typical for the current year's coinage beginning to show up.
Are 2026 coins being hoarded so much, or is there another explanation?

Just found the thread. Kind of a reverse wild find for me as I work in a C store in SE Wisconsin so everything I have came into the store from customers. All except the Mayflower P that is. We got a box of them about 4 weeks after they were released. I got a roll and we haven't gotten any rolls since.

I did buy the 2026 D half from a LCS just because we never see half dollars in the wild. I did find a couple of them in mixed rolls I got from the bank though

Got a D nickel about 2 weeks ago. They must have been in a mixed roll because I found several over the course of the week.

Got the Declaration of Independence D about a week ago, (no July 4th privy unfortunately) and the Revolutionary war P two days ago and the Dime D last night.

That fills my type set for now except for the Constitution quarter that was just released. I'm guessing it will be a couple of months before I see one of them floating around.

Still need the Ps and Ds I don't have to complete the entire set but I find it interesting I'm getting a mix of mint marks. With the Women's quarters I ended up buying the last 4 Ps or Ds (I can't recall which ones) because I kept finding tons of the other ones.
