I'm going through a couple of boxes of dollar coins. When I peeled this roll, I just had to take a photo of it. 15 damaged dollars in one machine wrapped roll and 1 dollar short, to boot. I know the fed does not take damaged returns anymore and most banks will not take them, either. I guess I could split them up and put one bad one in each roll I return, but I even hate to do that. Maybe a charity tip jar?
What do you do with the damaged coins you run across in roll hunting?
