Bahamas NCLT Packaging Is Identical To RCM Products

Take a look at the Certificate of Authenticity. Doesn't it look identical to the Royal Canadian Mint issues? Even the font is the same.

What's funny is, the certificate says these coins were minted by Osborne Mint of Cincinnati, OH.

Was RCM at all involved in the packaging of these coins? Even the sticker on the outer cardboard box is identical to RCM. For example, did they contract the minting of the coins to Osborne and then contract the packaging separately from RCM?

I do know RCM had a contract with Bahamas recently for circulation coinage. I'm not sure about these NCLT products?

Are there other countries that have the exact same packaging as RCM products?
