This coin has been the discussion of several topics and a/the majority of responses were. "they" would never buy this coin or "hard pass for me". Although I am neither particularly political nor an avid supporter of the current administration, I genuinely appreciate the distinctiveness and uniqueness of this coin. The coin should never have been made, for reasons articulated earlier, and this "discovered" privy indicates that this is truly a gimmick. In contrast to the 250,000 privy quarters which are circulating coins, these dollars are NIFC and are sold at a hefty premium (2.5 face value) with no known quantity of the privy coins known at this time. This is an artificial rarity and a gimmick to sell the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
