Has anyone had an issue trying to open the CONECA website. I keep getting a notice that "the page is unavailable"

The CONECA site is up, but their forums are down. It's been that way for about a month. I don't think they have the volunteer tech support they need.

Thanks for the assist. I am able to get to the Homepage, but not the Forums that allow me to join and submit a coin for examination. I have just found another new Liberty Dime with a unique Die Chip, which brings the total to five. I was told at a coin show to submit it to CONECA requesting it be designated a new discovery. Can you please explain to me the significance of that. Thanks
