Lot of chatter on the obverse with MD.
Reverse has circle of death..

Just from the Obv, I'd say 63-63, but the Rev has a lot of damage (circular around the whole coin, probably from a parking meter or counter). Its worse on the date and into the top of the animal's back. I don't think that it WOULD grade. I think that the Obv chatter on her, maybe MD, are more from the reflection of the light on her head/back.

Heavily damaged reverse, ungradable coin, did the dealer pull it out of his pocket while your attention was diverted?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
