1918-S Standing Liberty Quarter Strong OBV Die Clash

I would think this one would be on the bubble for getting slabbed, maybe others will chime in on that thought. Here is a pic of an overlay for the Standing Liberty quarter from Mad Die Clashes, they do not have this year/mm listed. When they start taking submissions again, maybe contact them.
