My instinct is PMD, but the lines are too straight and look to symmetrical for a person to perfectly search the coin. The point of the vertical and horizontal line also not creating a pit or hole. Curiosity yes, what is is might be both PMD and Rim issues? Thoughts welcomed on this coins reverse.
