Has to be higher than mid-MS. So, 66 or 67.

It looks as clean or better then mine which is:

1946 Iowa Centennial PCGS MS67/CAC

Guess-The-Grade-On-A-CAC-Approved-1946-Iowa-Centennial-Half-Dollar

But you have been posting some outstanding coins, is I'm going with PCGS MS68/CAC on yours.

The results: MS66 PCGS/CAC

I am not an expert on grading commemoratives but I could honestly see this coin in a 66+ or 67 holder. I am nonetheless pleased to own the coin and happy with the price I paid!
