Having been there and doing that with very similar circumstances as yours. Had a PSA of 15.9, biopsy results same as you Gleason 3-3-6 ,catheter installed from Feb to surgery on June 15th of this year to open prostate channel and allow urethra to be unimpeded. There were 12 core samples taken in the biopsy and 2 were positive, similar to your results, luckily the slow moving and appear to have not spread. Had to have the surgery, to get rid of the catheter, but I coped those 4 months. As you are now, I am now on surveillance. Just had my 3 month, PSA 1.7, and will get the MRI scan another 6 months, and another surgical biopsy and go from there. There are always people worse off than us and I keep that in mind every day.
