I'd say it just gets to an VF-20 or so for this slightly better date.

Thanks guysl, the holder top has been removed as changing from obverse to reverse I use gloves then I snap images.

These are weak from the mint, especially the obverses, by nature. It has nice, VF level wheat lines, nearly full.
