Hi,

I got this one a few weeks ago and I have some difficulties to put an ID on it. It's very small with 16.03 mm in diameter and weight 1,17gr.

Looks sturck twice?

I have a very similar coin which is also double-struck. Look at the John II Casimir Vasaones KM #110 coins from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth: https://en.numista.com/119300.
There are several with this KM #, but this should help.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
