Looks AU-55 or so for detail. Surfaces seem to have lots of small contact marks, maybe more than usual for a high AU coin. I wonder if it was used in jewelry.
This is the "new reverse" variety which is one of the most common quarter eagles. Many gem uncirculated examples exist. In this condition it should have a relatively low premium value above the gold content.
