Based on photos; AU55 (although I would use AU53 if allowed). Based on the title: suspect the slab says MS64 and they missed the wear on the leaves and bow? Hard to tell from the photos.

It's a very nice original technical AU58 (not lustrous but honest and original surfaces) but could see it landing in the 61/62 range.

Could imagine ICCS giving this coin a MS68.

Coin in hand makes a difference but MS61, that mark on her cheek if it does not come off will bring it down a bit.

I really like the tone and look otherwise.

I am going to guess it is lower MS and not AU.

58, but some TPGs would let it slide as a 62. Tough coin in either grade.
