Nice coin. The reverse has the city name Mytilene with muscial instrument Lyre. The female head on Lesbos coins have been identified in reference books and auctions as Sappho or Persephone, a nymph or a muse. Sometimes in auctions the female head is described as Sappho with ? It seems uncertain. By the way, for those who don't know, the word Lesbian came from the island of Lesbos and Sappho's poetry describing female affection.
I have a few coins from Lesbos but mine have Apollo, Zeus.
