Whenever I see the term "multiple errors", I become wary as it is hard enough to find one error on a coin let alone multiple. There is nothing on your coin that cannot be attributed to damage. If you are going to be looking for an error on a coin, suggest you study on what an actual error is. There are only certain things that can cause an error when the coin was struck but there are countless number of things that can cause damage.
This coin has been mutilated. It looks as though it got caught in some kind of machinery, being bent out of shape, as well as heavily worn in a pattern which strikes me as somewhat odd for circulation wear. It's not totally beyond the bounds of possibility that this happened in the Mint, but the overwhelming likelihood is that it did not. So I wonder what you are looking at that you think is a mint error. It's not double-struck or clipped, for instance, which would still be discernable in this deplorable state.
