This is a 1787 Connecticut Draped Bust Left ... so much should be evident.

I am thinking that the obverse is 33.15 and the reverse is T.2 "Skeleton Hand" (great subject for upcoming Halloween! ), but there is no documented pairing of these dies that I am aware of. I am fairly sure of the obverse, but one detail on the reverse has me stumped: There should be a cinquefoil after ETLIB: (reverse legend), but I don't see one. Perhaps this was due to die filling? Most of the lower-grade T.2 reverse images I was able to find, e.g. on the PCGS site, seem to have a very prominent cinquefoil at that position.

Here is the link to a PDF document which I found very helpful in this detective work:
https://www.jstor.org/stable/43583719

And here are a couple of pictures of the coin in question:

Thanks for any suggestions!

It's a 33.17 - r.1. 33.15 and 33.17 are very similar.

Not a problem, I collect these by die variety and it's always fun to ID them. This one is pretty easy having most of the detail, the heavily worn and damaged ones can be quite a challenge at times. There are approximately 350 varieties spanning 1785 to 1788, out of those 350 around 100 of them are some form of obverse 33!
