If you look on Lincoln's back under dry I liberty it looks like a wing coming out of his back. I am pretty new, what is the error called, and does it add value? Thanks

Looks like some foreign substance on the coin that has caused corrosion.

Not an error of any kind. It is either a stain or something on the cent.
Considered damage and adds no value.

Agree--not an error. Looks to be some form of dried crud. For fun, consider giving the coin a long soak in 100% acetone--might remove or reduce that 'stuff'.
