I see a bit of flatness on the arrowheads and leaves, could be strike weakness and I am not seeing anything similar on the reverse. The toning contrasts give it the appearance of being handled ever so briefly in circulation. I could also be misreading the toning because I am not too familiar with AU/MS 2 centers. The remarkable thing about this coin is the scarcity of contact marks, very clean. In hand, I just might want to call this one uncirculated, MS-64BN (grade limited by the carbon spots).
