We would need a clearer picture if possible.

According to Krause, the Mexico 1898 Peso is valued from $10 to $70. If the Peso is an original strike (having 139 beads on the reverse), it is worth: Fine - $10; Very Fine - $12.50; Extremely Fine - $18.50; Uncirculated - $60. If the Peso is a restrike (having 134 beads on the reverse), it is worth: F-$10; VF-$12.50; XF-$16.50; Unc-$40. Since the picture is blurred, it is hard for me to gauge the grade.

Hope this helps!

The coin is from the Guanajuato Mint so would be an original.

The 1949 restrikes were made of Mexico (City) Mint coins only.

Welcome to the community.

Just another note about the Mo mintmark 1949 re-strike coin. It also minted by US mints. Strange but it was made primarily for circulation in China.
