Problem With My Omnicoin Account - Coin Community Forum

spica Valued Member France 285 Posts	Posted 03/30/2010 3:42 pm Hello, Since their upgrades my omnicoin account doesn't work. It don't recognize my email address and I can't access to my account. I sent two emails but they don't answer me. Does anyone can help me ? Report this Post to the Staff

I had changed my email with OmniCoin a while back, but when Anton did the upgrade, it reverted back to my original email address. Maybe something similar had happened with yours? Otherwise, I would just be a bit patient as he is updating two of his other websites at the moment as well. Report this Post to the Staff

Few months ago I tried to contact omnicoin for change my email address in my account but they NEVER answer me ! So I kept my wrong email and now I can't do anything ! Report this Post to the Staff

Send him a PM there and explain the situation and ask him if he can help. It will take him a few days to get back with you, because he's so busy right now, but I'm sure he can get you taken care of on Omni Coin. Report this Post to the Staff
