Just found this nice Cud on a 198? LMC, the reverse is a RDV 006, so this is more than likely a 1989 cent.

Sure would have been great if this were a 88P or 88D RDV-006 with a Cud on it!

very nice find. I have only found 2, "in the wild". my first find is my avitar, the second was a very minor linciln cent. neither as signafigant as yours.
