Looks like a struck through lamination.
A lamination anyway even if PMD after that.
Almost resembles a LMC reverse.

To my eyes, it looks like a large lamination that peeled off after being struck.

Unfortunately, it is not my coin (yet). Just going through a bunch of wheats for a friend. Any idea on value?

Some will say they are pretty common, but yours is especially nice. I'd say at least $5.

Large reverse delamination with a lesser linear lamination on the obverse. Small laminations are common but large peels are not so common so it would be worth a few dollars.
