The 1897 Rouble has a mintage of 18,515,000. Coin is made of .900 silver with a weight of 19.996 grams. Hard to tell what grade your coin is in, pics are a little small. Krause lists this coin in F-$35 and VF-$85. I would check ebay to see what they are currently selling for though. Nice find!

you have identified the circulation? How? of three types.
1. letters on the edge AG circulation 18.6 million (VF-35)
2. ** star if star is 26 million circulation (VF-35) the Brussels Mint
3. smooth edge, the circulation is not known. (VF-4000)
I think the coin VF-, $ 20 is fine. We have, where it stands in such a state about $ 40
