VF-35-ish, and value isn't a whole lot above melt given the commonality of this issue. I suspect it's been cleaned - the fields are a little too "clean" compared to the darker areas surrounding the devices.

Ok thanks. I figured that. This one is my grandpas and in the safe till the three kids can get together to separate the stuff. There are 2 Morgans and a Peace and I am just trying to figure out which one I should get my mom to chose if it is just I will take this one you can have that one. I want them all and my aunt is find with it, but my uncle is a business mind like I am so I think it will come down to a debate of me and him and values of you can have this Morgan if I get thirty dollar worth of these star notes. The stars are beat up and I only want like three so it will be a good negotiation medium.

Thanks, I know the important areas to look at bangs, breast feathers, and wing tips, but did not have a standard to compare it to till now.
