Care to take a stab at it? The light scratch lines showing are in the holder.

These are really nohope's area of expertise !!

But I will show my ineptness and give it a shot .

I can tell you the color of the coin makes it difficult to detect wear ,, a little bigger would be good also !!

EF-45 possibly AU-50

ef-45 hard to tell I cant see the horizontal lines in the shield. if there is no wear in those lines I would go with au-50.

I think it is a 60 or a 61. It is rare to see a clear, not worn "We" in the motto and it looks like lots of mint luster.

I don't see why it wouldn't make MS.

Woohoo! So Terry, do you need my address so you will know where to send it? LOL. That was a very lucky educated guess but I will take it (the guess that is).

if you had a Bryan1315 decoder ring you could see I was calling it a MS-64 but without it my thread looked like a bunch of jumbled up mess because I was trying to watch tv and think about what was on there and type to and got a bunch of jumbled up mess on here, sorry about that

Bryan
Its not easy to see from your Pictures but the Left arrow looks a little flat the leaves on the left side also look a little worn but this could just be dirt. There appears to be a nick under the E I would call it a strong AU58 though by todays grading standards it could easily make MS60/62 I think. The 8 has a little deformed area on the right. Check the S and T for any signs of Doubling. When I get home and back to my books I should be able to identify the variety. Unfortunately I can't remember off the top of my head. A very nice coin please keep me in mind if you ever want to part with it.
