How do you beat P01? :)

I cherry picked (unknowningly) an 1877 IHC out of the coin dealers junk box. After I got it home and glassed it, I took it back to the dealer on the next trip. They looked at it and said they could not tell for sure. I ended up trading it for 125 dollars worth of silver, sat on the silver two months, then sold the silver for $250. Not bad for a 15 cent investment. At best, coin was an AG3. Barely legible top half of date.

Okay, I'm a newbie, but I've never heard of a P grade. Poor? Does the certification prove that it IS a coin?

I've got a few I could send ...do they have negative numbered grades? LOL

I would call this one S-10 "scrap"

This was a bust dime. You can see some detail of the shield and 10 for 10 cents.
