Watching the chart right now is like looking at the E.K.G. of somebody having a heart attack: Every few seconds it swings way up and then crashes back down...

Man, this is ridiculous. I couldn't believe it when silver went up $1.50 yesterday, but it has dropped almost $2.50 in just a couple of hours. What's going on?

Rises $2.50, drops a $1.50 more, what the heck is going on? I can't believe people are rushing to take profits just over 37, something fishy is going on eh perhaps....

When I started reading this thread it was just over 35/oz Gold way down from yesterday as well. Can't figure the reason for the spike/drop! The head of the F... Talking-the one that said Gold wasn't $

And it's still dropping!
Hmmmm... If it makes it back down to $26, I might have to buy some more bags of junk silver. Assuming, of course, I can find some for sale without an enormous premium to make up for lost profits...

Here's something interesting "silver sinking nearly 7% after a rally a day earlier. The reversal "is pure technical selling on expectations silver will be unable to hold its gains above $35, but we caution that silver's move through $35 was quite strong, suggesting the rally should hold," said Global Hunter Securities' Hastings.", from the second page of this article: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/go...pagenumber=2

The drop in silver was due to Ben Bernanke's comments that the U.S. would not engage in another round of quantitative easing (printing more money). The price of gold and silver tanked as he was speaking, based on what I'm reading. Gold lost $100 today.

The initial jolt may have been a big push back, but as the days go forward now, I think G & S are gonna climb even stronger now thanks to that announcement....
Via bad in the short but much good news for Pm's in the long run.....
