My 2nd and only other SL half. Lots of history behind this well worn coin.

@Paleoguy45 - I am too attached! Even the yucky two I posted as thoughts as trade candidates a couple of months ago I could not bring myself to let go!

@mackwork - I really like your 1876! I am a sucker for coins with even wear and no problems. I would not kick her out of my collection.
Rest in Peace

About four days into a two-week Rice Lake fishing trip, I asked dad how things were going.

"We caught our limit of bluegills"

"Since when is there a limit on bluegills?"

"There's a limit to how many the 9-passenger wagon will hold."

Thanks CoinsKelly! I got that one for a low-mid grade type set, and will definitely keep her!

My last time at bat for this fantastic thread.... Whatcha thinking about for the next "Show and Tell"? Thought about Large Cents? (hint hint)... Those critters seem to be stepchildren in the overall interest in "Truth, Justice, and the American Way".... 41-Days-Of-Seated-Liberty-Half-Dollars

I only have a couple of large cents but would love to share them and see everyone else's. And I do believe one of our members recently got a chain cent (cough, cough, starts with a V)

I've been watching and admiring the quality posts to this thread. I only had two or three coins to post but have been entertained.

I'm going to revert back to my old answer and say Colonials. Then transition into large cents.
