It may be only in the United States, but isn't it illegal to buy and sell the purple heart medal (and some other medals as well)?

A wonderful 1892/1 Large 9 10 cents PCGS XF45. It's not formally identified but the ear looks like a definite Obv 6 to me.

And the best one that came in today. The one I'll be selling my first born child on ebay to pay for. (Wait, what, that's illegal?!? Rats! Who knew?! ) An 1893 10 cents PCGS XF45 Round Top 3. Again the ear looks like a definite Obv 6 to me (plus the fact that Charlton says only 1 Obv 5 is known to exist)

Hey kuh_85, I just realised something with that 5c 1883H Obv 4. You bought that from a friend of mine from Gatineau, Quebec. I sent in that coin to ICCS for him - I recognised the XMF prefix from my last batch. Anyone notice that starting in 2012, ICCS started using a three letter prefix? I held that coin raw in hand, and I honestly thought that coin was VG-10, it is a really nice VG, good colour and problem free. Glad to see it went to a good home!!

WRT the purple heart, as far as I know it's not illegal. Should see the uniform store they have at their BX ( American equivalent of our CANEX), big wall for all their ribbons and medals for tying their shoes and graduating Basic Training all for sale so the troops can have their appropriate rack of medals.

I resently aquired a PEI 1 cent (unfortunately it was cleaned a long time ago... I estimate 1871-1910 was when it was cleaned as it shows nearly as much age as an uncleaned cent) and a $1 bill from 1973. A bit off topic; I also aquired a 1905 Indian cent and about 500-2000 assorted world coins... Lots of work ahead of me. I would post picts but I'm not sure how to take photos of coins.

Windchild You can either take a photo with a digital camera and transfer it to your computer. Alternatively you can scan the coin.
Then upload it to this site.
