Found where?

Counterfeits of this coin are common enough that it needs to be professionally authenticated.

I found a hoard of coins in a storage locker buyout. I was there to buy guitars, and saw some guitar cases and other sundries. No guitars. The cases were full of coins, rolls and rolls of stuff, plus pottery filled with silver quarters and other stuff I haven't even been able to go through... seriously, I'd need a week to check everything!

Wow, another one! It appears you are making a killing with that purchase. I wish I had your luck. Definitely worth it to get this certified. If genuine, I will guess they will give it EF-40 details/environmental damage. Nice find!

Is this story real or someone making it up?

I got lucky. When we went to pick up the cases, I darn near lost the handle on the first one.

I'm no coin expert, which is why I'm posting here. Here's 6 rolls of Morgans I haven't even looked at.

Make sure the silver dollars are real as there are Chinese fakes that way close to the real thing and look good to the eye

Looks fake. After you verify that it's fake, send it to JoeTurbo so he can put it in a roll for his old Pappy to find. Joe....you have to video him going through and finding it, lol.
