OK...I was hoping somebody would figure it out...but you have enough markers showing to id this coin. Check out the die scratches on the date...LDS #003 at coppercoins:

You're right. There are two very distinct scratches inside the loop of the '9.' Even with my horrible pics, you can tell It is definitely 003.

Thanks for the images. Based on those I'd call it a 003. The date is the most obvious match.
