IMO it's a big red flag when a higher dollar coin isn't in a slab. Why? Almost anyone looking to send this kind of money would want the extra insurance a reputable slab would provide. There could always be a good reason but it's an odd decision when selling one.

IMHO, this item may well go XF. If possible, I'd inquire as to the weight and try to secure pics of the edge lettering.
