Face value on a bullion coin means very little. All are sold by weight. Hands down the Koala would be my choice, a gorgeous coin.

You get a very negilgible extra gauranteed amount of silver for your extra '9', and to someone that is only interested in silver, not a consideration.

Like most people, I just happen to like furry critters, and perhaps that is a marketing advantage.

Koala, hands down. It would have been the same choice for me even if the Maple came sans milk spouts.

I agree, CP. I also like the fact that Canadian money is more common in the US than Australian money and in a SHTF scenario, familiar looking silver is gonna be easier to trade than an unfamiliar might-be-silver-but-who-kno .. Yeah, silver collectors will all know but the other, what, 95% of the population will not.

I'm in for the Koala ... the design aesthetic wins for my eye.

Koala has it for me, only because I don't have any of those.
