I use Small and medium flat rate boxes and padded envelopes. But these are all for circulated coins. You can pack quite a lot of coins into the flat rate boxes, and delivery confirmation is free when done online.

I send items in #000 bubble envelopes if it fits and use paypal for paying postage which includes a tracking number. For larger I use flat rate boxes and again, use paypal to pay for postage. If it is sold on ebay, it is quick and easy. Same for my own coin website. Payments come in via paypal so I use the paypal shipping link. For sales outside of those, I can still use paypay to create postage. Not sure if it is the cheapest, but it keeps it all in one place for me for accounting purposes
