I really like the look and sound of Americans Halves and Quarter Dollar. Something about them wants me to convert my 80% to 90% haha! I can kind of see where the face value silver load came from! Just weird that it was on ebay. Yesterday I picked up a 25.5gram sterling stamped spoon for 99cents free shipping. I guess it matters when they list their auction because I won it at 5:30am

Nice find on the spoon Jkedacc. I have also heard to stay away from ebay on Fri - Sun because there are many more buyers at that time... not sure if that is true though.

My sales tend to spike on weekends. But more buyers also means more sellers targetting them so more availability etc.

My latest pickup is a Philly ANA convention Canada special edition uncirculated set (medallion instead of 50 cents). What is really cool, is coupled with the Berlin World Money Fair set from earlier this year, I have a matched pair of 2012 sets with the old (Berlin) and new (Philly) loonie/toonie. And, both represent the last year of the one cent. Unfortunately it seems both have the CPS one cent. A split of those would have been absolutely awesome.

My most recent ebay purchase: a 1952 FWL dollar for which I paid a little over spot. Came back from the grading forum with an average opinion of MS-62 or thereabouts. I am trying to slowly build my silver dollar collection, buying raw MS coins one at a time. So far I know it also has a repunched 2.
