You don't think they should open a temporary mint in the Capital of each state for a special commem issue of that state's ATB?

That would have made more sense on the State Quarters. On the ATB you need to drag the press to the site being commemorated and that could be a problem because some of them are rather hard to get to.

You guys forgot about the Manila mint in that was opened in 1920. I would like to see a M mint mark on some US coins

Dont laugh. It might happen. There were photos floating around facebook of flags used at 4th of July parades with gigantic MADE IN CHINA stamps on the poles. We agreed that had to be on purpose because there were atleast two other places they could of stuck the tag and been inconspicuous. Let alone the fact that this was Walmart selling American flags made in China.

maybe they could start issuing 90% silver bu ones as well.

That's exactly how these new "S" Quarters should have been done!

I must admit that the "S" coins in my rolls are two to three grades higher (on average) than the real BU business strike "D" coins I get. My El Yunque and Hawaii "S" rolls were outstanding! The lava design on the Hawaii looks like a planchet rinse spill on MS-62 coins, but on an MS-65 or Proof coin...

So, what's the best way to get my hands on some s-mint circulating quarters? Are they all made for this year or is there one more to go?
