Look at the chatter on her, there is no way this would grade 65, at least not fairly. Its a nice coin but a 63 in my opinion. Probably way overgraded for a rattler slab.

This is a nicer coin than mine.

I would have to go with coinguybrian. The 'N' in 'IN GOD WE TRUST' has been badly knocked about. Liberty's left leg has about 20 small knicks.

From the pictures, the reverse is nicer than the obverse, and should grade higher, with no real problems.

Australian auction houses would grade each side of this coin independently, and award a split grade.
In the Sheldon grading system, that would be MS63/65.

Hello,

This is the first time I have ever guessed right on the money w/r/t a MS Walker and agreed with the TPG at 64.

woohoo! I go the grade right! For those that think the coin should be lower, why don't you apply and be a grader at NGC or PCGS?.............

The TPG's have a major advantage over any of the members here, They have actually had the coin "in hand".
Grading from images is pretty hit and miss.
It all depends on the honesty of the image and the detail shown.
I buy 99.999% 0f my coins purely from images supplied, after a while you tend to get an instinct for it.
Sometimes your instincts will let you down, after all by buying from images it is a gamble and not anywhere near as good as looking at the coin in hand.
So there is no point in bagging anyone that thinks the grade is lower because they have only had the images supplied and have had to make a judgment call with only that information
I think it is a good practice to grade a point or 2 lower so that when you get the coin in hand you are less likely to be disappointed
I would assume that the people that put their grades on the OP's coin applied that rule of thumb
