Doesn't mean anything. The question was "is he a president", and had the quoter been Thomas Jefferson, I could answer no, because technically Obama is president, Jefferson was president. I just wanted to clarify that the quoter isn't, nor has he ever been president.

Though technically here in the states, they still retain the title, even after death.
