I bought this good, crisp example of an Edward I Bristol penny (S1416) on ebay. It does have an attractive patina not too evident from my photos. Since I live close to Bristol, I feel particularly attached to this coin. Frank

Yes, by the look of it that set hasn't seen the light of day for many years. The case is also very well-preserved!
