Pokermndude....cross grading to ICCS is a good option.

The only downside is you'll never get an upgrade from ICCS when the coin is still in the PCGS holder.

I believe one of the reasons is there's too much personal bias for that to happen.

i never understood the toning on the Kings face but my dealer has had it in his personal collection for a very long time and decided to sell it to me!

I've always had interest in it (used to go to his store just to see it)!

The toning on the face .....the streaky lines could well be rubber band marks and the spots disturb me. Best advice for what it is worth. Trade it in for a bright white or very lightly rim toned ICCS Ms 64 and pay a difference. Do not invest anymore in this coin!Thers are many many nice 1935 dollars out there for a song right now! Even MS65 examples are not expensive right now!

I would not send it unless it's overgraded.

I think PCGS is usually spot on (in most cases) with their Canadian grading whereas ICCS is really conservative; almost too conservative. Plus I hate the ICCS soft flips with a passion. NGC and ANACS, on the other hand really seem to over grade Canadian coins.I had a King Edward 50 cent piece graded AU-58 by ANACS that would have had trouble getting an EF-45 from ICCS in my opinion.

well because I only paid 40$ for this MS-64 and I need 1 more coin for my 6 coins to ICCS I cracked it, even if it grades at AU-50 (with the 40$ I spent and 11$ to grade I can still know I didn't lose money)
