Apparently there is a Woodstock show on January 13th. However, I'd wait for Hamilton if you're going to go that route.

you already contacted george manz and he offered 100.00, at coin shows adealer at most will offer 200.to 250 for this coin. if you plan to sell it , have a price in mind sell it privately or ebay it, keep it mind ebay fees of around 13% good luck

I notice a number of posts are more concerned about the coins grade then the error...

Many serious error coin & currency collectors purchase the coin for the error itself, and not the grade, although receiving a high grade is a plus...

You will never locate a error price guide that lists values of errors by grade point, such as;

2006 Nickel struck on a Cent planchet ~ EF40 = $?, AU55 = $?, and price values are (IMHO) generic values on the type of error itself, reguardless of date/grade on common dated coins...
Strong premiums can be expected if the error is on a low mintage or type coin...

ANACS certification is cheaper and I don't see the cost exceeding $25.00 tops (for a single submission) and cheaper if submitting multiple coins...

I strongly believe errors purchased raw, then certified, receive premiums that cover the certification fees multiple times over when re-selling the coin.

The grade is important to me in a limited sense . I wouldn't pay a premium for a point or two higher in mint state . Though I focus on mintstate errors with nice eye appeal and I usually avoid circulated errors .

A small handful of advanced error collectors will be at the Coin Expo in late May in Toronto. That would be a good place to show it. If you intend to sell, wait until then - you will always come out ahead selling to a collector, rather than a dealer, at a coin show.
