Let's get it rollin' folks! I'm tempted to get another copper but would rather it go to a home lacking this excellent piece. What I really need is a silver to go with my copper.  So, there's three remaining before a silver?  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

Wow, four years to sell them? Good grief, that's why I bought 5 of them, It's taken 4 years to move the Cu tokens. Does this mean the Ag tokens are on the horizon?

As of today there is still three more to go before the next silver. I pm'd coconutjoe back in May but no response. I knew going into this project that it was going to be a long time to complete. I could have gone cheap and had molded tokens but I choose so have minted ones. In retrospect perhaps I should have just stuck with silver. But at the time I didn't have the available funds to cover the cost of a silver issue. So I went with copper. Plus ten silver. I could do another run of silver but then I suspect I will be sitting on the remaining copper tokens for ever. I'm patient. It might take another five years to pass on the remaining copper tokens. Plus I think those few that do get a silver one appreciate it more. I have considered gold but it would take a one and a half ounce blank to fit the current dies. I doubt many here have that kind of money for a token. Especially since we would be looking at close to $100 over the cost of the blank to make and distribute.

I stumbled onto this thread a few months ago, read it from the first pot, and was impressed with your prescience: in the face of much uninformed optimism, you said quite clearly that the CCF tokens would take quite awhile to sell-out. Of course, you had the unfair advantage of actual experience ...

I just sent paypal payment for all 3 remaining pieces. Now we can move on to SILVER!!  I purchased 3 pieces so that......... 1. I will keep one for sure. 2. I will be holding a contest to give away one piece. 3. If any member who wants one to purchase, I will sell to you for the same price of $25. If no one wants one, then I am more than happy to have two tokens. And this way, we can move to silver CCF tokens. |

Actually it was only two to go so coconutjoe if you would like me to refund you $25 and only send two let me know. Shipping and the silver auction will probably have to wait because I'm back with the Russians for the next five weeks. I'll see if my wife can pull the tokens from the safe and ship.
