Farmland in another sector that has seen increased buying from institutional investors lately. You have hedge funds and REIT's buying up farmland thousands and tens of thousands of acres at a time and driving up prices. Farmland will be the next mortgage-backed securities.

Yes, could be right. I think it is a good investment though. Always a place to have if things go bad and at times can be purchased at a decent price yet. Odd I don't get my email updates from this site anymore or I should say they are going in junk mail since last Wed. Weird. I didn't change any settings etc on my email
