Been busy. Plus, the picture is miniscule and I can't really tell what I'm looking at. I think I see wings, dunno. Do you a better/bigger/higher res picture?

It is not victory, and although the picture is small, all the information is there visible. Yes you see wings, but ask yourself what is going on with the legs, (or lack there of?)

I believe it is Tritoness forming the ornamentation on a throne from a Tetradrachm possibly from a Seleucid Kingdom Tetradrachm.

I believe JCM got it. It is Triton/ Tritoness / Nereid. The winged sea nymph. Martin you are right the Nereid is the support for the throne of Tyche. I'm passing. All buried in a pile of Islamic coins. Arabic is driving me batty. Also teaching myself Korean. Call it a summer project.
