Just went with my first thought and gut feeling, I almost said AU53 after re-examining the coin, but felt the scuffs and lack of luster to me looked like an EF45. Actually a pretty tough call on this coin, and one series I really like but have only handled a few in my coin dealing days, and only 1 in my collection that is cleaned/polished.
Glad I followed my gut feeling (it's usually right) as I read through the others guesses I thought what am I missing that they're not? Surprised myself on this one actually. A good coin for the guess the grade game!
