Theres only 10.6 million that were minted ( to put it into perspective => there are 6 people in the UK for each OD 2008 2p coin that was released) and considering that a lot of them are probably stuck in someones change boxes and containers, they are very hard to find ..... I was lucky I had one in an old jacket pocket and it fell out when I was retreiving the jacket recently , it was nice and red too Edited by DaytR 07/12/2013 1:48 pm Report this Post to the Staff

However, as regards keeping them, there are plenty in mint sets which will keep the price down :( (I still save every one I find though...) Report this Post to the Staff
