Great coins. Did you get a chance to weigh them?

Thanks. I got them from my Dad who was an avid coin collector. Should I have them graded? Smallcentguy, I'll check out the coin expo.

Beautiful examples. I wonder who was drinking on the job when they were minted.
Congratz!

o-train I didn't weigh them. I haven't the scales. If I sell, I'll definitely come here.

Quote: Or once you have 50 posts you could offer it for sale here. 50 posts is for buying or responding to a listed trade. I believe that you require 250 posts to sell or initiate a trade.

I would guess the left hand coin would fetch $200 on ebay, the one on the right a little less. But you might get lucky. The right hand coin looks like it might be silver. Is that tarnish on the rim?

Thanks. I can't quite make out if it's tarnish.

Do either of them stick to a magnet? If so, it is nickel.....if not, it is silver.
Nice coins by the way.

They both stick to a magnet. So I guess that rules out silver. How rare are they?
