Hey argentum, glad you're playing! Echizento-- fingers crossed for you. That's 4 entrants plus 3 more who plan to post bid sheets. We need at least 3 more players for this contest, so recruit your friends! Still working out the prizes. It will be a 'winner pick' situation. The following 8 Kings of Macedon bronze coins are definitely in. Winners can pick one coin each. I have yet to determine the order of choosing. I may add other coins to the pile. I bought these as a group lot and have not even examined them or attributed them, but at a glance it looks like they are Philip II and his son, Alexander (the Great) III, so ~359-323 BC.

Yep, you can change your bids up to the stated deadlines. I will screencap the entries at the deadline and fill out my spreadsheet, then it's time to watch the auction!
I haven't determined exactly how the winners' prize selections will be prioritized. Probably by absolute score (closest to zero) for all three. So, the winner of round one won't be able to pick a prize until after round 2, when all three winners are calculated. Each winner can pick one coin.

So three way to win here it looks like:
smallest difference on either lot wins or on both lots combined?

Three prizes:
1. Round 1 lowest score (ie, most accurate, averaged for the six coins) 2. Round 2 lowest score 3. Lowest score for the two rounds combined. I know it may very well be one of the round winners but it is possible for a third person to win this one.

Here's an update in case you haven't been checking the lots for current bidding activity. Remember, you can adjust your bids until the posted closing time for each round. If you can't edit your original bid sheet just make a new post. At ~5:30 pm EST Monday Sept 16 and these are the current bids for coins in Round 1, which closes for contest entry on Wednesday at 7 a.m. EST. (The auctioneer's original estimates are in parentheses)
- Lot 1 ($2,000) $1,400
- Lot 349 ($1,500) $2,500
- Lot 395 ($50,000) $55,000
- Lot 633 ($1,500) $1,557
- Lot 775 ($2,000) $3,250
- Lot 1138 ($500) $800

Round 2 (I assume this is minus buyer's price I didn't read too closely)
Lot 23031 $3300 (bunny rabbit AND a dolphin wowee) Lot 23068 $12000 Lot 23173 $1200 Lot 23180 $4600 (One day I hope to own a coin from Rhodes they are stunning) Lot 23187 $5500 (Just can't see this one going for that much it is a niche market for these coins and I don't think ANoob has the cash right now!) Also if anyone is wondering the best auciotns to bid at for CNG are the ones after the print sales because everyone just spent all their money on those awesome coins!
